Peer to peer “M aster groups” are a proven powerful business tool. They centre on a group of like-minded business leaders applying their minds and experience to specific business problems and opportunities.

Structured format

  • Only 12 members at a time.
  • Introductions (minimal as we all know each other).
  • Progress on the actions from the previous meeting.
  • What new issues do we have”? Each person describes a problem or potential opportunity for which they need advice and new ways to proceed.
  • The Group decides on the most pressing, 1 or 2 issues to discuss that week.
  • Brainstorming – Gary will facilitate a structured process to create a new experiment for “featured” business owners to perform between meetings.
